Rupal & Jason Engagements

Rupal and Jason's Engagements were more of a family session than your tradition engagement session. It was very important to them both that Jason's son Zach be a part of their session.

Below are some of my favorites from their session this past summer.

Engagements with Melissa & Mandy: Non-Stop Smiles. Arkansas Wedding Photographer

Melissa and Mandy DID NOT STOP SMILING during their entire engagement session this past October. I mean that literally.

They. Did. Not. Stop. Smiling.

I really enjoyed spending the afternoon with these two who made the long drive from their home near Jonesboro. Their wedding next September will be nothing short of wonderful.

Engagements with Brianna and Caleb | Arkansas Wedding Photographer

It's very important to Brianna and Caleb.

The couple chose Caleb's family land near Vilonia, Arkansas as the setting for their spring engagement session on a perfect bluebird spring afternoon. Below are my favorites from their session.

Engagements with Sarah & Matt | Little Rock River Market | Arkansas Wedding Photographer

I met up with Sarah and Matt for their engagement session on what was the old Riverfest Weekend Saturday. I normally don't photograph engagements in the morning. It's way too humid and the lighting is AWFUL. However Sarah and Matt had plans that evening and it was our only option.

Finding locations not in the full blast of the sun can be a challenge but I love challenges. It's what keeps me on my toes.

Another challenge was avoiding the families, joggers, bikers, and farmers market go-ers...all who use the River Marker every Saturday morning. But with a little patience, timing and the right angles, we had the place to ourselves.

Engagements with Tina and James | Clinton Presidential Center | Little Rock Arkansas Wedding Photographer

I met up with Tina and James on what was the last comfortable, non-humid day of spring for their engagement portrait session. We chose the Clinton Presidential Center as their backdrop. We were treated to a near empty location. The library was closed and there were no events going on so we had the place to ourselves. This was a HUGE treat.

My jaw nearly dropped when they walked up with Tina wearing a stunning beaded grey, silver and black cocktail dress and James in a tailor-made tuxedo. My thoughts were simple, If they wore this to their engagement session, I cannot wait to see what their wedding day attire will be like. I've seen a photo of Tina's wedding dress (stunning like her) and James informed me that he will be wearing a feather bow tie. LOVE. IT!

Here are my faves from their engagements. Stay tuned for wedding photos coming in the fall.
